Text on Bar

Step 1: Click on the "Text on Bar" function in the Ribbon.

Step 2: Choose an action:

  • Add: Add text to a single bar.
  • Remove: Remove existing text from a bar.
  • Bulk: Add text to multiple bars at once.

Adding text to a bar:

  1. Click "Add" from the options.
  2. Select the bar you would like to add text to.
  3. Press Enter to set the text to {MRK}.
  4. Pick a point on the bar where you'd like to place the text.

Removing text from a bar:

  1. Click on "Text on Bar" in the Ribbon again.
  2. Select "Remove" from the options.
  3. Select the bar(s) from which you want to remove the text and press Enter.

Adding text to multiple bars (Bulk):

  1. Click on "Text on Bar" in the Ribbon again.
  2. Select "Bulk" from the options.
  3. Select multiple bars you want to add text to.
  4. Press Enter to set the text to {MRK}.
  5. Choose whether you want the text on the bar or attached with a leader.

Moving Text on Bar

To move the text on a bar, you can select the grip green point and drag it to reposition the text as needed.

Rotating Text on Bar

You can at any time rotate the text on a bar by adjusting the angle in the bar's properties.

  • Angle [B;L;T]: 0;0 - defines the bar angle, label angle, and text-on-bar angle relative to the x-axis. To set the bar angle, type an angle in degrees. For the text angle, input a semicolon followed by an angle in degrees (;angle). For the ToB angle, use double semicolons followed by an angle in degrees (;;angle).
